How do I take care of my dress?
To clean your dress we advise you to go to a professional who is familiar with this type of clothing. You can also wash by hand, preferably drying on an inflatable hanger. For machine washing we advise you to put the dress in a net and run a delicate program if your machine allows it. Never put in the dryer. Iron inside out.
Why is the deposit obligatory?
We require a deposit when collecting the dress for guarantee reasons. In the event of severe damage, loss, theft or otherwise, the deposit will be used to cover repair costs. In the event that you return the dress to us in its original condition, your deposit will be returned to you immediately.
How to book?
You can book via our Instagram page or directly on our website. Click on RESERVATION from one of the rental product pages. You will then arrive on our reservation platform. Choose the slot that suits you and validate. You will then receive a confirmation email and a reminder 1 hour before your appointment. We look forward to seeing you.
If no slot suits you, contact us so we can find availability that suits you.
How do the fittings go?
Fittings are done in one-hour slots for a single person. You can come with a maximum of 2 people. If there are several of you who want to try, then reserve several slots one after the other.
Are accessories included in the rental?
All our rentals include the dress, the belt and the necklace. The model of the belt and that of the necklace cannot be guaranteed, however we strive to maintain consistency between dresses and accessories. You can of course use your own accessories but unfortunately this will not change the rental price.
Are all rental models visible on site?
We put a lot of our models on our website. However, some models are not published, you will be able to discover them during your fitting session.
